Terms of Service

1. Services

67x provides AI operator recruitment, staff augmentation, consulting, and related services as described on our website. All engagements are governed by individual service agreements.

2. Engagement Terms

Staff augmentation contracts are billed monthly. Direct hire placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee. Consulting and training services are scoped per engagement.

3. Payment

Invoices are issued monthly and due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Dutch law.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

67x liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam.
